Springtime Harvest

We kicked off the first park slope edition of supper club at Meghan's place. I had yet to visit this popular 'hood in Brooklyn and I must say the 2 blocks to the apartment were lovely. I have to come back and explore again! By the time we meet up next month, one of us will be married... exciting! Highlights of the night include an asparagus parmesan pudding, sauteed spring veggies, kale pie, corned beef, leek & potato soup, and last but certainly not least a lemon meringue pie. Winter is officially over!
